**The role**

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be responsible for providing effective leadership and coaching to all TA Specialists in Australia along with carrying a hands-on TA workload.

**Key Activities**

**Leading Your People**
This is a very important element of your role; you are expected to lead, develop, manage and motivate a team of direct reports which will number approximately 5. This includes regular monitoring of team performance and stakeholder feedback to ensure key talent outcomes are met. Your success can only be achieved through the success of others.

**Talent Acquisition**
You will be responsible for the full 360 degree recruitment of some of Brennan’s senior roles (team lead / manager) and shared services (Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR) roles nationally.

**Operational Matters**
You will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed reporting on such things as; time to fill, quality of hires, agency spend, sourcing ROI and other miscellaneous reports as required. In addition, you’ll contribute your experience and expertise to identify ways to optimise our recruitment practices to improve operational efficiencies and talent outcomes.

**What skills you will bring to the team**:

- Minimum 5 years’ TA / recruitment experience, preferably within IT or professional services industries
- TA / Recruitment leadership or senior / mentoring / coaching experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with pre-employment assessment tools (experience with Predictive Index would be a plus)
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Results driven individual and customer focussed
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrable coaching, development and consulting experience
- Innovative and proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
