Located in the heart of CBD, The Carlton Club is an iconic Melbourne venue. This incredible, multi-faceted business features The Carlton Club bar, night club & restaurant, Hasti Bala level 3 bar/night club, The Deck bar and Palmz rooftop.
- Have a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity and looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
- Have a passion for cocktails and be driven to help create seasonal lists.
- Be available late nights and weekends.
- Have exceptional people management skills that are professional and approachable.
