About the Role

We are currently looking for a hands-on and passionate Duty Manager to join our tight-knit team. You will be responsible for the following:

- Leading guest experience on busy services as the Maitre D to ensure every guests receives the trademark Mamasita experience through our service standards and sequence of service
- Leading and supporting the FOH and bar team on busy services
- Supporting the FOH Manager with BAU day-to-day tasks in their absence from the venue
- Identifying and facilitating recruitment and training requirements proactively and driving a guest-first mindset through the team
- Lead and encourage the team to create super memorable experience our guests will remember

About You

The successful applicant will:

- Be an experienced Supervisor or Duty Manager in a fast-paced restaurant with a real passion for people and awesome hospitality
- Have a genuine love of Mexican food, booze and family-style dining
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Lead by example with a super optimistic can-do attitude, delegate effectively and ensure no detail is missed
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

As a Duty Manager you'll be working five-days over a seven-day operating roster, with the requirement of both nights and weekends.
