San Churro Woodgrove in Melton is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the positions of Duty Manager and All Rounder. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment, we would love to hear from you.

Position: Duty Manager Employment and All-Rounder Type: Part-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Duty Manager:Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the café.
- Manage and supervise staff members to deliver excellent customer service.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control.
- All Rounder:Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Prepare and serve food and beverages following San Churro's standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning duties.Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a café or similar customer service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Hard-working, honest, and reliable.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.61 - $50.87 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
