Your new company is a leading law firm seeking an Office Services Manager to join their team in a permanent role.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Office Services Manager leads and manages all office services, word processing, junior administration assistants and reception staff, in addition to managing the day-to-day operation of the Adelaide office.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Staff management, ensuring workflow is consistent and to a high standard
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, inducting and training of new staff
- Provide expert advice for office protocols
- Rostering and arrangement of shifts for all administration staff
- Records management including filing, retrieving and maintaining records
- Supplier contract negotiations
- Office and building management

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role you will need:

- Previous experience working in a law firm and/or professional services
- Previous experience managing teams
- Understanding of the function of legal administrators in a mid-size law firm
- High level of organisation skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
