We are seeking motivated Procedures Officers to join our Knowledge and Content Management team.

As a **Procedures Officer**, in our **Strategy and Support** business area, you will develop, update and maintain internal procedures and guidance materials that enable our staff to deliver a positive client experience.

Your work will include engaging with business partners and colleagues to identify and resolve issues and provide advice and recommendations to enhance work practices.

You’ll utilise SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite to assist in the design and delivery of contemporary and intuitive user content.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Moonee Ponds or Upper Mount Gravatt**.
