Opportunity for an org change manager to embark on a 3 year journey across people, technology & process change
**Your new company**
Join this 100 person company based in North Sydney that supports retail franchises within the food and beverage industry and expanding into new markets.
**Your new role**
Developing, implementing and executing the change framework to support the transformation program. THe primarily focus being on the behavioral and culture change, with a strong understanding of imbedding organisational psychology within the business and program.
This includes
- Developing the change plans and implementing strategies to establish change readiness and adoption, specifically within the finance, supply chain, and procurement business units.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in an Org Change Management role
- Demonstrated experience in change within a transformation program / environment
- Exceptional influencing skills, attention to detail and ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong ability to work through periods of ambiguity and understand complex issues to support business understanding and delivery
