We are looking for a HR / People and Organisational Change Specialist to join our operating model program and deliver organisational change management and strategic workforce planning initiatives to enable successful workforce transformation in the Service Delivery directorate.

Responsible for ensuring an optimised and fit-for-purpose workforce with the right people, right skills and right place now and into the future, we are looking for an experienced HR and/or organisational change management practitioner, who is passionate about people with exceptional stakeholder management and customer service and enjoys working in an agile, fast-paced environment, to be part of the eHealth NSW family.

The HR / People and Organisational Change Specialist will be responsible for developing the people aspect of the program change strategy and partnering with people leaders in scoping, planning, designing and implementing agreed initiatives/plans to achieve successful establishment of the new operating model.

This role will collaborate with the Program Change Lead in driving shared organisational change management activities to support people to new ways of working such as stakeholder engagement, current/future state impact analysis, change readiness assessment, training and development and change sustainability. The role will also be responsible for driving workforce planning activities in the areas of workforce impact analysis and planning, structure and role design, skills and capability management, career pathways, HR/IR management, staff & union communication and engagement and organisational culture alignment.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in HR management and/or organisational change with emphasis on people related change in medium to large programs of work in a health, technology, or government setting or similar, including relevant human resources management and change management qualifications or equivalent.-
- Experience with organisational design, change management methodology and practices (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR), agile ways of working and generalist HR/IR practices, and understanding of project management principles and methodologies (i.e. Prince 2/ Agile).-
- Excellent communication skills and confidence facilitating discussions with a diverse range of stakeholders.-
- Strong stakeholder relationship management; interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.-
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding complex environment.-
- Curiosity for problem solving, understanding industry trends and the ability to adapt to the changing environment when needed.**Job Q&A Session**
