About the role

Are you passionate about enabling strategic people and business initiatives and building an engaged, high-performing, future-ready workforce? We are seeking a hands-on Organisational Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

This role will have a primary focus on change management as well as leading capability development and talent management initiatives. You'll play a key role in establishing centres of excellence and supporting P&C Business Partners to embed initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support change management initiatives, including the development of change plans, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Design and implement capability frameworks, learning programs, and talent management processes.
  • Develop policies, tools, and templates to support organisational development and enablement strategies.
  • Establish centres of excellence and provide guidance and resources to P&C Business Partners and people leaders.
  • Produce high-quality plans, frameworks, support documents and communications packs.

About you

You will demonstrate the below experience and capabilities:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in change management, supporting large-scale organisational or transformational initiatives (required).
  • Experience in developing project and change plans, impact assessments and leader enablement strategies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering capability development and/or talent management initiatives.
  • Change management certification (required).
  • Strong foundational understanding of the OD discipline including adult learning theory, organisational culture & leadership, change theory, group dynamics etc.
  • Highly organised – develop schedules, prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a proactive way.
  • Critical thinking – able to problem solve based on data, can design custom initiatives based on established frameworks or research.
  • Adaptable and flexible to quickly adjust to changing circumstances or deadlines within projects and manage uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Work under pressure and resilient – meet deadlines, sometimes under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills - succinctly communicate complex issues.
  • Proven ability to produce high quality outputs such as frameworks, plans, presentations, training material and employee/leader communication packs.
  • Degree qualifications in HR, psychology, business, education, or a related discipline.
  • Psychometric assessment accreditations (highly desirable).
