**The position**
As an Organisational Development and Change Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

- Develop and deliver leadership forums, programs, and workshops to meet Novo Nordisk’s leadership aims.
- Partner cross-functionally on change planning, focusing on the psychology of change, change narratives, and communications.
- Design and deliver organisation-wide change and transformation messaging and programs.
- Lead internal annual processes around talent and succession, as well as design and deliver programs on talent and succession to people leaders.
- Run workshops on career development and individual development programs. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to individual managers, as well as understand and customise internal programs to fit local conditions.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Organisational Development, Change, or HR with a focus on OD.
- Experience with change projects and restructures. Experience with internal communications is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing leadership and whole business HR programs to influence culture.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
