**About The Role**:
This newly created role will be splitacross 2 key areas within our Australian business, Marketing and Sales.

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator role assists (and reports into) the e-Comm and Marketing Manager, also assisting the Operations Coordinator to execute the day-to-day requirements of our e-Comm fulfilment, marketing (consumer and customer), customer service (order fulfilment, customer support, invoicing and reporting) and BrewDog Retail (AU Bars) support.

**Role Responsibilities: Marketing**
- Daily e-Commerce administration and order fulfilment using Shopify Plus
- Utilise brand guidelines in developing advertising material for bars in Canva
- Website content updates as directed
- Packaging creation support - briefing international brand team for new product development under guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Assist with customer service enquiries and funneling to the appropriate manager
- Assist with Social Media content creation and scheduling for BrewDog Australia
- Assist with agency briefs for Meta advertising campaigns
- Assist the Marketing Manager with trade marketing and weekly POS requirements of the Sales Team

**Role Responsibilities: Sales**
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with Customer Service (wholesale and retail customers), order fulfilment, logístical planning, customer invoicing and daily sales reporting
- Serve as understudy to the Operations Coordinator to cover periods of leave / absence
- Assisting BrewDog AU Retail / Bar POS product implementation and product management on Me&U Assist with communications to AU BrewDog Retail/Bars on upcoming beers, marketing and retail activations

**About You**:
**Qualifications**:
Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - can be currently studying

**Experience**:
Highly Regarded Experience (not mandatory)
- 1yr experience in similar role
- 1yr experience in social media content management
- 1yr experience of using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint experience)

- ** **Proficient understanding of Social Media Content Management
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Software (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of the Australian beer scene and Australia alcohol retail market
- Awareness of Canva Software
- Awareness of Shopify Software
- Awareness of Google Ads
