**About The Role**

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team based in Murarrie Brisbane. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - OEM, you are responsible for a defined territory and a group of customers.

In addition, your accountabilities will include, but not limited to:

- Building strong partnerships with our clients to help identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Managing the marketing and sales activities of our OEM Division
- Implementing strategies to increase our revenue growth
- Developing and building trust & credible relationships with the sales team
- Coaching and mentoring the sales team with our distributors

**About you**

With a background in successful sales, business development and / or key account manager experience, you will enter the role with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.

You will bring:

- Solid experience in field sales
- Ability to motivate, persuade and influence decision makers
- Build new businesses and maintain existing customers
- Capacity to achieve results, demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills
- Commercially acumen and have good judgement skills in decision making
