Reporting to the National Manager - Sales & Marketing, this role is perfect for someone with a high level of drive, who likes to work independently, and still understands the importance of remaining as part of the team to achieve outstanding results.
Day to day you will
Plan and execute on your strategy to grow the company, brand, and product success.
Through a mix of inbound and outbound leads, you will create new business opportunities to fuel Madison Technologies growth in Australia.
Nurture and cultivate strong customer relationships on an ongoing basis, ensuring to manage these relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
Assist in coordinating webinars and in person events organized by Madison Technologies throughout the year as needed.
Adopt, use, and maintain the company CRM program to manage all activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.

What we are looking for
What’s needed to connect you to success
We need a sales professional with exceptional people skills and a desire to set themselves apart from their competitors by building meaningful relationships with their customers to deliver value added solutions. Additionally, you will have:
Experience within a Sales, Sales Development or Business Development role.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
Experience in B2B product management and the industrial sector is a plus.
Possess a keen sense of urgency and a Make It Happen customer service ethos.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
