NOJA Power is seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist to join our high-performance Marketing team dedicated to brand development and sales growth. The Technical Marketing Specialist Role will be entrusted with Marketing Asset design, preparation and update of Brochures, Social Media monitoring and developing marketing campaigns NOJA Power’s range of electricity distribution equipment.

The Marketing Team at NOJA Power is responsible for supporting the business growth of the organisation, acting as a resource for the frontline sales team in market development internationally. A successful Technical Marketing Specialist will have excellent written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to describe our brand mission to our target audiences across media channels.

Applicants with an Engineering or Technical Background with career aspirations in the Business of Electrical Engineering are encouraged to Apply. A dual degree in Engineering and Business would be considered advantageous for this role.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
NOJA Power has a schedule of marketing campaigns to be deployed throughout the markets of operation. Essential Job Functions include:

- Management of Social Media Channels and Content Development
- Development of Brochures, Desktop Publishing and Marketing Material Designs
- Design of Advertising Campaigns for Digital and Print Media
- Conducting Market Research and Analysis of Market Opportunities
- Management and Release of Content across NOJA Power’s Digital Marketing Platforms
- Maintenance of NOJA Power’s Digital Marketing Presence
- Content Maintenance and Update of NOJA Power’s Internal Marketing and Intranet System

**JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Excellent English Communications and Documentation Skills.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Business or Marketing - Recent Graduate
- A Strong Commitment to Professional Development
- Motivated individual work ethic
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of Software
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (requires diplomacy, tact and a clear, courteous and professional manner)
- Creative approach to accomplishing responsibilities and improving processes
