To learn more about the incredible impact we’re making on both our local and global communities, Click Here As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are looking for an individual who provides administrative and organizational support to the Customer Experience and Sales Team who is responsible for the successful management of Foot Locker (Asia Pacific) Stores including Customer Experience, Sales Performance, Store Operations, Communications, Store Events & Event Management. Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the CX & Sales Team in areas including (but not limited to) Travel / Calendar Scheduling / Contact Lists / Meeting and Event Preparations / Presentations / Miscellaneous Reports / Store Incentives - within agreed time frames.
**Store Support / Communications**
- Manage all APAC store communications including (but not limited to) ‘Striper Weekly Pacific’ and ‘Striper Weekly Asia’ / Store Incentives / SharePoint / Locker Room corporate newsletter/ Mailbag / Store Release Updates within agreed time frames
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure concise, consistent, relevant information is disseminated from HQ to the field and store teams
- Create engaging store communications utilizing MS Office, Canva and SharePoint
- Work with local teams in non-English speaking countries on translating store communications
- Collaborates with others in the development of initiatives including store directives and training materials etc.
**Event / Project Management**
- Assist in coordinating the logístical management of major APAC events (including Kick Off, District Manager Meetings, Holiday Incentives, SuCXess Summit) and to undertake additional projects as directed.
**Business Partnership**
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal clients including the product, marketing, HR teams, finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Administration/communications degree
- Efficient administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing / Sales Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in relevant computer technology - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Intermediate proficiency in designing and compiling documents / pamphlets
- Passion for youth culture
- Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the general retail industry
- Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards and best practice operations for the retail sector (preferably in the Asia Pacific region)
- Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the Foot Locker organisation
- Ability to work as part of the greater team and coordinate activities with other departments
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and show initiative
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt easily to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in juggling priorities
