Provide administrative support to this busy team within records and procurement using your strong Excel skills. You will enjoy a very busy day working wit this team who have been described as supportive, hard working yet enjoy some banter and celebrating achievements.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience within a similar administration support role
- Ability to juggle your workload
- Happy to take on different duties if the occasion arises
- SAP knowledge & experience will be highly regarded
- Available immediately as this role is to start ASAP
**Duties can include**:
- Administrative tasks such as running reports
- Working within excel
- Scanning and uploading documents onto the system
- Ensuring the reporting is up to date and ready for meetings
- Assisting with workshops
- Performs any general administration tasks as required by the team.
