**About the role**

Our Dairy NSW team has a 2 year contract available for a driven and effective executive assistant/ business administrator. This role will be responsible for managing the administration and budgeting activities for Dairy NSW while also playing a key role in supporting the Executive Officer and our Board. Not only are you highly organised and have sound administration and financial literacy, but you also love to make a difference by being responsive and can track and support the delivery and administration requirements of funding bodies and their related contracts.

A varied and interesting role, here's where you'll make an impact:

- ** Executive Support for the Executive officer of Dairy NSW and the Board** - including supporting governance requirements and relevant correspondence and reporting for Board meetings including agendas, minutes, and Board papers.
- ** Office Administration -** support administration for BAU across our team ensuring Salesforce is utilised to track activity and our key objectives can be met
- ** Financial Administration - **ensure Dairy NSW’s financial processes and systems align to those of Dairy Australia and all accounts can be processed in a timely and accurate way.

This role will offer variety and the opportunity to provide support and administration structure to our Dairy NSW team. You enjoy being organised and you value planning, tracking and then evaluating the success of the approach or process undertaken. You are customer focused and are comfortable to adjust expectations around delivery when you know there is a non-negotiable that must be delivered.
