**Project Officer**
- Full-time role, national peak body organisation - head office based in Surry Hills (2010) - hybrid work on offer

**Role responsibilities***

In this exciting national project, you will be working closely in a small team and coach, lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of Educators across Australia. The project is centred around a series of interactive workshops, empowering service delivery organisations to provide culturally safe and inclusive services.
- Onboard, lead and coach a team of Educators to deliver the interactive learning series - this will involve travel to be on-site for the facilitation of F2F modules
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational content through eLearning modules
- Collect data and consult with stakeholders to support review of the education content/delivery strategies, ensuring evidence-based content is delivered as effectively as possible
- Collect and evaluate data/feedback for reporting purposes, with an eye for continuous improvement
- Design, deliver and facilitate a Community of Practice

**Essential Requirements***
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating education and/or capacity development for adults/professionals
- Strong communication skills, passion for coaching and mentoring across a variety of stakeholders as well as excellent presentation, facilitation and writing skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of eLearning concepts and systems
- Travel will be frequent in this role and any reasonable access adjustments you may have will be accommodated
