It’s an exciting time for us at National Storage as we continue to expand and solidify ourselves as a market leader across Australasia. To help us on our current growth trajectory, we are seeking a Project Officer to join our close-knit and high performing team in our Brisbane Head Office.

The Role

Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Facilities & Safety Team. This includes a systems implementation and improvement project. Day to day your responsibilities will range from:
Strong Administration and document control
Report saving and distribution
Export and enter data where required
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to a high standard
Data entry and collation relating to systems improvement
Internal and external stakeholder engagement
Facilities related projects
Schedule maintenance

About You

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Demonstrated experience working within a project delivery environment
Ability to assist with multiple projects at any one time
Previous experience in a software integration or implementation is highly desirable
Strong computer literacy with a Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Any relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable
