These Project Officer roles will support our projects and initiatives aimed at achieving the RTA's Strategic Plan, RTA Roadmap, and CX Action Plan. The CX Division delivers front-line customer services to the Queensland renting community across four multi-disciplinary teams.
The Project Officers will assist the CX Project Lead or Workforce Optimisation Manager to successfully deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and in-line with the objectives and outcomes of the RTA's portfolio and Strategic Plan.
Project Officer, Customer Experience Project Team - 2 positions available
- A track record developing program/project documentation, reporting, and information and governance
- Demonstrated experience in coordination, support and delivery of specialised and specific work packages and project activities
- Experience in providing secretariat services to project boards and committees
- Proven ability to contribute to and promote a culture of excellence within the Project Delivery team and organisation

Project Officer, Workforce Optimisation Team - 1 position available
- Demonstrated proficiency using or delivering workforce management or contact centre technology
- Experience in Genesys or a similar omnichannel contact centre software system will be highly regarded
- A track record developing program/project documentation, reporting, and information and governance
- Experienced in coordinating, supporting, and delivering specialized and specific work packages and project activities
- The capability to provide secretariat services to project boards and committees
- The ability to contribute to and promote a culture of excellence within the Project Delivery team and organisation
