We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Training and Development Manager** to lead our training initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
As a **Training and Development Manager**, you will be responsible for:
**Curriculum Development**:
- Designing and updating training programs aligned with industry standards and qualifications.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant training packages and regulatory requirements.
**Training Delivery**:
- Overseeing the delivery of training sessions by qualified trainers and assessors.
- Monitoring training quality and effectiveness.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
**Staff Development**:
- Supporting trainers and assessors in their professional development.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Fostering a positive learning environment.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Collaborating with industry partners, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships to enhance training outcomes.
**RTO Compliance**:
- Ensuring compliance with ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) standards.
- Managing audit processes and maintaining accurate records.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or equivalent).
- Relevant qualifications in education, training, or management.
- Proven experience in managing training programs within an RTO context.
- Strong knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) sector regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
