**About the business**

Education Training and Employment Australia (ETEA), A leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is currently looking for Student Support Officers to join our team on a full-time basis.

**About the role**

Student support and wellbeing;
Point of contact for students at Parramatta CBD campus.

Schedule and participate in the orientation/orientation programs for new students.

Collecting the students placement documents

Monitor and report student progress;
Maintain data integrity within the student management system;
Deal with student enquiries;
Maintain filing and record keeping related to students;
Any other duties assigned by the state manager

Collecting documents and submitting the request for certificate

**Required skills and experience**
- A post-secondary qualification
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated computer literacy in standard
- Experience with international education sector with the knowledge of VET quality Framework and CRICOS

**Salary**: $51,889.73 - $62,000.00 per year
