**Clerk Grade 7/8 - Salary $110,265 - $122,067 plus super and leave loading**
**Your role**
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and deliver quality technical and operational training programs and services across the Assets Division functions, which contribute to the achievement of Housing Portfolio’s objectives and the continuous improvement of cost-effective asset management practices.
**What you’ll do**
Constantly working with different stakeholders and utilising a wide range of programs, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering operational training programs and services for the division.
Other responsibilities that this role entails are (but not limited too):
- Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of learning and development programs and services, including preparing correspondence, briefings and reports on findings, emerging issues, risks and solutions
- Coordinating and delivering high quality operational learning and development programs and services on time, the provision of advice on maintenance policies and asset management issues and liaising with stakeholders on trends, updates and best practice to asset staff
- Manage and update the intranet and Learning Management System that host all asset related courses and monitor mandatory completion of training courses
- Developing and maintaining user-centric systems, quick reference guides, eLearns (using Articulate 360), instructional videos to support core systems used within the Asset Division
- Initiating, developing and contributing to the implementation of streamlined processes, procedures, systems and protocols using business practices to enhance service delivery
- Constantly maintaining knowledge of key initiates and relevant policies to ensure this is communicated and integrated within the division
**What we’re looking for**
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or ability to obtain the certificate
- Current driver license and ability and willingness to travel
In addition to the essential requirements, to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Is confident in delivering and implementing programs and initiatives across the division
- Posses high attention to detail to ensure compliance with legislation and every changing policies are implemented and adhered too
- Holds the ability to work with a diverse range of people and personalities
- Can work autonomously and to competing deadlines
- Has excellent MS Word skills, embraces new technology, Articulate 360 knowledge is highly desirable
- Is creative and has a passion for making learning fun
