**About the role**:
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, the role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Cater Care’s leadership development initiatives, including the Cater Care Edge program. This role aims to build leadership capability across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
**Description**:
**What the role involves**:
Enhancing Cater Care’s leadership capability across all levels, driving improved team performance and business outcomes.
Take a lead role in the design of our leadership development strategy
Liaise and direct external vocational partners for exemplary delivery of our programs
Deliver or co-facilitate small group training sessions on agreed topics
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, contributing to Cater Care’s reputation as an employer of choice
Promote employee engagement and retention by investing in professional growth opportunities.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Business, or Psychology
Extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, with a proven track record of enhancing individual and team performance across levels;
Proven track record designing and delivering leadership programs that cultivate leadership skills
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Previous coaching or mentoring experience would be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
