You will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end delivery of Asset Management and Maintenance Management Systems for our Defence Delivery business using IBM Maximo.

**Your new role**:
**As Systems Analyst you will**:

- Assist with stakeholder management, user support, analysis, development, testing and production delivery coordination.
- Contribute to timely responses and recommendations on support requests and continuous improvement strategies to customer problems and queries.
- Contribute to identifying and resolving system malfunctions
- Contribute to upgrades to system(s) including developmental and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and contribute to the definition of general specifications and support documentation.
- Design and configure test cases for integration and unit tests, perform unit tests.
- Contribute to planning and monitoring project and integration activities.
- Perform and validate solution prototyping.
- Assist in the monitoring performance against quality assurance plans, SLAs and service continuity.
- Administer reusable software components and update the nomenclature

About you

**As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Sound knowledge of Asset Management / Maintenance Management System concepts.
- Experience administering and configuring IBM Maximo.
- Thorough understanding of Maximo Integration Framework and Eclipse BIRT reporting
- Confident oral and written communicator able to build effective relationships with business representatives, customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships (across teams) and work with mínimal supervision to resolve conflicts.
- Ability to demonstrate systems analysis skills, critical thinking and problem solving.

Clearances
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
