Our closed-loop reporting solution optimises the user experience and boosts productivity by providing workflow enhancements that are completely integrated into the radiologist’s everyday reporting workflow. These include Critical Test Results Management (CTRM), imaging peer review, and third-party solutions for greater compliance and patient safety.
Being an established market leader in our home market USA, we are rapidly expanding our business in Australia. To strengthen our Australian team, we are seeking to recruit a _Fluency for Imaging - Application Analyst._
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Application Analyst’s main responsibility is to support the successful implementation of Solventum’s clinician-facing technologies by guiding customers through discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, and testing phases, ensuring the solution is aligned to customer workflows and ready for go-live.
- Responsible for conducting discovery workshops with key stakeholders to identify current-state workflows, document requirements, and translate these into a future-state configuration that supports customer objectives.
- Support the configuration of the Solventum solution, working with implementation and technical teams to ensure all components are built accurately and in accordance with customer needs and software best practices.
- Responsible for creating and delivering customer-facing documentation such as configuration plans, workflow diagrams, training manuals, and UAT scripts.
- Key consultative role, helping customers understand how to best leverage the technology, advising on best practices, and making recommendations that lead to improved clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Responsible for leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, issue tracking, and coordination of resolution with internal teams.
- Provides onsite or remote support during go-live to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operational use, including fielding configuration questions and documenting post-go-live issues or enhancement requests.
- Expected to foster strong working relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, serving as a key point of contact for solution setup and usage guidance.
- Works closely with internal project team members, including Project Managers, Implementation Engineers, Support, and Product teams, to deliver projects on time and with high customer satisfaction.
- Ensures all solution configurations are thoroughly documented and handed over appropriately at project closure to ensure continuity in customer support and service.
- This position may involve up to **5-10% travel** depending on customer needs and project requirements.
EDUCATION
- Educated to a high level, preferably degree level or equal with working experience
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in a Radiology environment doing RIS/PACS, EMR/EHR implementations or other physician supporting roles, particularly related to direct physician contact and support
- Experience working in healthcare / healthcare IT
- Knowledge of radiology workflows, particularly related to RIS and PACS systems
- Familiarity with communication and training methods, especially in “virtual” and live environments.
- Experience with managing a broad portfolio and wide range of audiences is preferable
- Experience with managing and taking ownership of multiple customers at once
- Experience with Australian Public/Private Healthcare System
- Experience working with PHI
- Experience or able to learn internal support ticketing systems
