**Commerce Operations Analyst**

You will be part of our commerce operations team, providing support and advice to our sales team in Australia. This includes support for all processes, policies and tools used for Cisco’s hardware, maintenance and software business.

In this dynamic and highly valued role you will work directly with sellers and cross-functional stakeholders to provide world class operations management.

Your support will include:

- Commit management: Provide visibility on the execution of weekly forecasted deals and proactive deal readiness support
- Quality of bookings: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance guidelines are met.
- Commerce Updates: Provide updates and training to sellers on changes and releases executed on Cisco’s commerce tools and processes.
- Deal management: Collaborate with Deal Managers to forecast and manage complex deals through the lifecycle from quote to delivery/activation.
- Compensation Advisory: Provide updates and advice to sellers on Cisco’s crediting and compensation policies and processes
- Voice of the sales team: Take feedback through appropriate problem management processes within Cisco to improve the seller experience.
- Process improvement: Partner with IT and business project teams to drive process improvements and adoption

Who we are looking for:
A key to your success in this role will be your collaboration and influencing skills and the ability to build and manage relationships within Cisco.

Other experience, which is a distinct advantage includes:

- Knowledge of Cisco’s commerce systems (ordering, subscription management)
- Knowledge of Cisco technology (Product, Services or Software)
- Sales Operations experience especially in IT or Sales environment
- Data analytics skills with ability to translate data into business intelligence
- Experience in Software Operations & Enterprise Agreement deal structures
