We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team in North Ryde. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Level 1 helpdesk experience who's passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You'll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, supporting a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and cloud platforms. You'll also assist with onboarding new clients and contribute to process improvements.

What You'll Be Achieving
  • Provide first-level support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 or vendors
  • Assist with user account management and software installations
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Support onboarding and implementation of managed services
  • Deliver user training and contribute to continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
  • Experience in a helpdesk or Level 1 support role
  • Minimum 1-2 years of helpdesk or Level 1 support experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Office 365, and IT ticketing systems
  • Bonus: ITIL Foundation, MCSA, or CCNA certifications
  • Australian work rights required for this position
