**Join Our Team As a Performance & Reward Analyst**

Support the delivery of the following cyclical performance and reward activities:

- End of year performance review
- Annual remuneration review
- Goal setting and development planning
- Commission and Sales Incentives

Work collaboratively with the performance and reward team across performance and reward related initiatives and analysis as required. This could include work in areas such as performance, remuneration, benefits, recognition or mobility.

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- Proven systems, process and reporting capability
- Advanced Excel experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Performance and Reward experience is desirable however not essential if you have relevant experience and transferrable skills in HR, Finance or Data Analytics
