**The company**: Your new employer is a powerhouse in its field, employing over 15,000 staff across Australia & New Zealand, and running multiple entities. Due to continuous growth and several large-scale projects, a permanent Chris System Analyst position is now available.

**The role**: As a Chris/ Frontier system analyst, you will get involved in multiple projects across both Payroll systems (Chris/ Kronos).
- Integrating existing and new business units onto the current IChris & Kronos platforms.
- Rolling out HR & Onboarding modules within the Chris system
- Working on system audits
- Running system upgrades as required
- Regular system maintenance, resolving issues
- Working on upcoming Kronos migration to UKG

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Frontier software knowledge
- Exposure to Kronos system is an advantage, but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude, tenacious and detail driven
- Advanced Excel skills
