Reporting and Billing Analyst

**About Us**

- Provide data analysis and ongoing contractual reporting for our key commercial contracts.
- Manage end-of-month billing processes for key commercial contracts including liaising with all stakeholders both internal and external
- Manage the internal systems for purchasing stock and goods receipting processes for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitoring and review of budgets, SLAs, targets and preparation of monthly reports.
- Compare market data to review areas to focus, drive opportunities and review current processes
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the user requirements for reporting or new business are gathered, scoped and fully documented.
- Assist with preparing the analysis that will be required for tendering processes
- Other duties are required to assist with the delivery and compliance of key commercial contracts.

**About You**
- At least 2 years’ experience in an equivalent role within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Ability to adapt to varying systems
- Microsoft Office - excel, outlook,
