We are looking for a highly experienced
**Change Managers **who has previously managed change in fast changing and complex technology transformations or organisation (related to culture and process change ).

As the
**Change Management Specialist**, you will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of new IT systems or culture and processes, helping the staff to transition to new ways of working. You will work across multiple business areas (field based and office based), and you will have experience in delivering change in a fast-changing environment
- 5- 10+ years’ experience as Change Manager or Senior Change Leads in complex technology transformations
- Change Management Certifications PROSCI / ADKAR - desirable
- Able to develop and deliver engagement strategies and communications plans
- Able to develop and deliver change management plans
- Ability to produce high quality stakeholder communications
- Effectively identify, document and manage risks and issues
- Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Experience working in both traditional and agile projects
