Private Bank and Advice Experiences Crew's mission is to transform and grow Private Bank and Advice business of CBA.

**In this role**

The Change Manager role is part of Private Bank and Advice Experiences crew and reports to the Senior Change Manager.

In this role you will work as part of a cross functional squad and product owners that own business outcomes to improve our service and experience to clients and frontline sales and service teams. You will be responsible for the design, development and management of implementing change interventions including support material, training for impacted teams /employees, communications and other delivery components of initiatives as required to ensure business readiness, successful project delivery and business adoption.

As a Change Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Support the implementation, integration and effectiveness of change management processes, and ensure compliance with organisational strategies.
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments to better understand the change impacts on stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, business groups and end users to conduct current and future state gap analysis.
- Support the coordination of planning, implementing and reporting of change activities.
- Maintain appropriate records of change management artefacts.
- Support monitoring of adoption and success metrics.
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication collateral, training materials, presentations and reference material.
- Write clear, concise and engaging communications that effectively inform our people about upcoming changes and initiatives.
- Take ownership for planning, developing and delivering communications to support the rollout of changes and initiatives.
- Support the Senior Change Manager and Delivery team to develop tactical and strategic solutions to support business readiness and transition activities.

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**
- Change management experience leading smaller scale change programs or working as part of a change team on medium, or large-scale changes with a focus on Organisational Change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in business and change analysis, data gathering and stakeholder impact skills.
- Organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills working with a range of audiences to create a shared vision - including written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge and understanding of the various impacts of change and business drivers.
- A track record of contributing to change management deliverables will be highly desirable.
- Experience using Change Management tools and deliverables, which may include facilitating and presenting will be good to have.
