Allura Partners are currently working with one of Australia's most ethical banks to deliver high quality change strategies across the business. Our client is looking for a Change Manager to join them working across a strategic, transformative and organisation wide program. This a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and inclusive team.

The Change Manager role will involve:

- Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption
- Develop change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication, training and reinforcement plans
- Provide change advice to project delivery teams, stakeholders and leaders to ensure they are set up for change success and their people are ready, willing and able to do things differently
- Develop relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to drive change leadership
- Manage assigned change management projects, ensuring completion within required deadlines and to a quality standard
- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with the impact of change and develop an approach for mitigation
- Develop and maintain change management tools provided to leaders to assist in managing change in their areas

To be considered you will:

- 3+ years experience in change management with a proven track record in managing cultural, operational and technical organisational changes
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practice essential as is your communication writing skills
- An effective communicator you will have strong written, verbal and visual ability
- Ability to facilitate workshops and discovery sessions across the business
- Have the ability to influence and educate senior stakeholders
