**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our team at the Australia Head Office. In this role, you will take ownership of organisational change management activities associated with business projects nationally.

As our Change Manager, you will work with project managers and operational staff on site to develop and implement change plans for major progress across Australia at the ports and terminals. You will also work with key senior leadership team members to support change strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - PMO, and working closely with the broader project management and leadership teams, your accountabilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Facilitate and lead change management efforts across departments or teams
- Identify and manage potential risks and obstacles to change initiatives
- Ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout the change process
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders in change management practices
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align change management efforts with business goals
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in change management
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. You should have experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, and experience in working in industries that have a similar workforce composition.

To achieve success in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant Change Management disciplines
- Change management certification or designation
- 5+ years of Change Management industry experience
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
- Experience in working in industries that have a similar workforce composition of DP World
- Experience working in an Industrial relations landscape
