A unique opportunity has arisen to join a leading Financial Services organisation as a Change Lead. You will join a high performing team with a collaborative and thriving culture. You will have experience in complex change programs including operating model change.

**About the Role**
- Providing the portfolio with Change Leadership
- Supporting and delivery Change across the portfolio as required
- Providing coaching and support across the Team of change practitioners
- Accountability across Change portfolio whilst delivering change, you'll coordinate, integrate and synthesize changes with program and business demands
- Partnering with an internal division and external parties for a mutual objective
- Liaise with business partnering teams to plan and facilitate strategic conversations, current/ proposed future state analysis
- Complex, ambiguous business change
- Partnering with business, project and senior stakeholders to embed new processes
- Strategic support across streams of project with an ability to dive into the detail whilst advising across the portfolio
- Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives
- Risk mitigation
- flagging and liasing with stakeholders and project to make sure risks are avoided and flagged

**About You**
- You are a high performer in the field of Change Management with a background either in Big 4 Consulting or Financial Services
- Passionate about leadership with the credentials and commitment to coach, upskill and inspire a team in Change
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and navigating vast programs to achieve outcomes
- At least 5 years of Change Management experience with 2-3 of those in Senior positions
- You will have worked in Financial Services on complex programs that are constantly evolving
- You will be comfortable with Changes that impact people, process and technology
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or demonstrated, equivalent experience
