Allkinds is looking for a dynamic **Marketing Specialist** to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll coordinate and support media and marketing functions with a focus on campaign planning, PR, influencer management, and retail marketing.

**THE ROLE**:

- Assist the Content and Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and digital teams to ensure smooth delivery of promotions and product launches.
- Brief social media requirements to the Social Media Specialist and Content Creator.
- Develop and execute PR seeding strategies to boost brand visibility.
- Create and distribute press materials, including press releases, media kits, and product samples.
- Identify and manage brand partnerships aligned with Allkinds’ values and objectives.
- Lead the influencer strategy and manage creator licensing campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with shopping centre marketing teams to promote Allkinds across channels.
- Manage a calendar of in-store activations and events, sharing new releases and promotions.
- Participate in team brainstorms and contribute to creative marketing ideas.
- Support content shoots and assist with various marketing tasks and projects as needed.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification in marketing or related field (preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
- Experience managing influencer programs and coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and collaborative, with a passion for creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and eager to take on new challenges.
- Strong eye for engaging content and maintaining brand integrity.
