A well established and expanding fintech, with a strong focus on consumer marketing are looking add experienced Marketing Specialist to join their contemporary offices in the CBD.

As their Marketing Specialist, you’ll work in a Marketing team of 10 + and contribute to the creating, planning, execution and optimisation of their marketing efforts.

Day to Day:

- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team
- Develop the organisations digital presence
- Build and maintain social media presence
- Review current digital practices, assess effectiveness to drive growth and engagement
- Build strong internal relationships around digital marketing and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement
- Be creative and passionate about understanding the financial services/fintech space.

Your Background?:

- Strong, confident and dynamic marketer
- Great written and verbal communication
- Experience in WordPress, Microsoft dynamic and AdWords
- Demonstrated experience developing, delivering and measuring digital marketing initiatives
- Experience planning and executing social media strategies and advertising campaigns
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment, to think on your feet, adapt quickly and hit the ground running

Your role ultimately supports the overall marketing and communications strategy of the business through the digital marketing space.
