Pump company servicing the commercial and residential customers in the whole of Australia. We have had an abundance of growth in our small commercial and residential sectors and are actively recruiting for a full time Marketing Specialist to support and expand on our growth opportunities.

The Marketing Specialist role is to oversee the delivery of Shine On’s marketing projects throughout metro Melbourne and rural Victoria, with a specific focus on sales & marketing acquisition strategies, support of project delivery and client experience outcomes.

The role will be required to have responsibility in respect to the lower sales value but high turnover activities the company is targeting to compliment its large scale commercial LED and solar offerings.

**Duties**:

- Oversee creation and delivery of marketing projects to support direct sales objectives.
- Determine best geographical areas and facility types to target door knocking activities.
- Support in developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Oversee creation of marketing and sales support materials.
- Support review and introduction of new products under commercial offering
- Support the project delivery process with a focus on achieving positive client experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of compliance requirements and abatement factors.
- Analyze data to develop marketing plans and strategies
- Support in maintaining strong relationships with vendors and external parties

**Experience and Ability**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing
- 3 years experience in comparable role and industry
- Demonstrated skills in building and sustaining relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Natural inclination for follow through
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience leading a team,
- Can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent experience with Alitsy and MS Office incl. Teams

**Renumeration**:
$80K - $85k p/a plus Superannuation

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
