**Marketing Specialist**

Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is an education group developing early learning centres in Australia under different brandings. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our development of childcare centre businesses in Australia. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne. The followings are the requirements for the position.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum plus superannuation

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or above qualification

Experience required:

- Experience in integrated marketing and digital marketing
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Experience in event management
- Experience in project management including budget control
- At least 10 years working experience in marketing and of which at least 6 years should be in managerial level, preferably gained from sizable corporations.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement marketing campaigns including advertising tactics to promote the brands and services of the Company
- Search for suitable new markets for the Company
- Participate in evaluating the most suitable services to target new markets
- Advice the management the most suitable channels including social media platforms to promote the brand of the company and establish customer awareness
- Implement marketing strategies including establishing network with media, preparing marketing materials
- Establish and recommend to the management about marketing budget
- Monitor competitors activities and advise the management with strategies
- Monitor customers feedback and trend and advise the management with strategies.
- Establish policy and procedures for marketing.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
