
Office Administration Assistant

Shadecom is looking for a Reliable and Trustworthy Person who likes a large variety within their Working Day, who can look after our Admin duties as well as a number of other things.
We are a Family owned Company who like to work with our staff and not against them, and try to be flexible where we can.
The amount of hours are Flexible (25-38 per week )and we are happy to work with you on this and work with what may suit.
Office is open from 5:30am to 2:00pm Monday
- Thursday and then we close at 11:30 on Fridays - which makes it feel long a long weekend every week :)
Some of the Programs we would get you to use and prefer if you have some experience is
- Xero ( Experience Preferred - Similar experience OK - But not essential )
- Microsoft Office ( Experience in using Preferred but not essential )
- Marketing ( InDesign / Illustrator Experience preferred but not essential )
The role will involve you
- Processing invoices
- Up dating Price Lists
- Generating New Jobs
- Doing some basic Quotes of Price lists
- Following up Quotes
- As well as data entry
- Helping to generate brochures
- And Answering Calls
All Training will be given and we understand that it can take time to learn so Happy to give the time and work with you on this.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
