**Your new role**

As a **Finance & Insurance Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their vehicle financing and insurance needs. You will provide expert guidance and support throughout the purchasing process, ensuring customers understand their options and select the best financing and insurance solutions tailored to their individual requirements. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with customers to assess their financial situation and determine suitable financing options
- Coordinating with lending institutions to secure competitive financing rates and terms.
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers post-sale, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financing and insurance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance, preferably within a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of various financing options, insurance products, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
