About the role:

Blinkr' is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Manager to join our dynamic team. As Finance & Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and business strategy for our company. This full-time position is based in our Essendon Fields office in Victoria.

What you'll be doing

  • Offer tailored finance and insurance solutions in a transparent, customer-first manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize finance penetration and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and company standards.
  • Handle all finance documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care before, during, and after the point of sale.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of F&I Business Manager experience required.
  • Solid understanding of finance and insurance processes, products, and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
