**A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Finance Specialist / Business Manager to join Australasia’s largest automotive retailer **

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Consult with customers & present all Finance & Insurance options/products
- Consistently meet the AHG benchmarks for the sale of Finance & Insurance products
- Approve & coordinate all deliveries in conjunction with sales staff
- Collect & receipt all monies from the sale of vehicles (deposits & final balances), as well as amounts from Finance Companies
- Assist New & Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations where necessary
- REVS check for all trade-ins & purchases as required
- Complete daily finance log, update & report to Dealer Principal & Group F&I Manager
- Attend weekly dealership management meetings & monthly Group F&I meeting in the absence of the Group Manager

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Accredited to sell products & formal accreditation with the relevant regulatory bodies
- Ability to mentor & assist with the training of F&I trainees
- Strong customer service & customer focused
- Proven ability to build rapport & foster successful relationships
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to assist in the resolution of the F&I customer complaints
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Drive & follow dealership processes & systems
