**Eagers Automotive has a unique opportunity for a Full time or Part time Service Support to join our Service Team. We have dealerships located in South Morang and Essendon Fields, let us know which location suits you.**

The role is to assist our busy Service team with provision of a high-quality customer service experience for all callers and visitors to the dealership on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who possesses a professional and efficient manner at all times and understands the importance of customer service.

**About this role**:

- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity - always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Coordinate transport for Customers to and from the Dealership
- Liaise with the Workshop / Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
