**The Company**:
Established more than 60 years ago, our client are a market leader in the freight and transportation space. They are seeking a Claims Consultant to join their claims and insurance team based in Essendon Fields.

**The Role**:

- End to end management of large, insurance losses across multi-line insurance policies
- Contribute to Process Improvements through change management
- Responsible for end to end claims management within the heavy motor and marine space.
- Negotiate outcomes with third party insurers to obtain best, cost effective outcome for the business
- Liaise and manage internal and external stakeholders to provide a positive outcome

**About You**:

- 2-3 years of experience in claims management
- Relevant insurance or tertiary qualification desirable
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders across multiple levels
- Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication
