
Data Delivery Coordinator

**The Role**
Reporting into the Data Delivery Manager you will be supporting the activities to define what our client’s business requirements are and scheduling of these requirements in line with the business priorities.
The Data Delivery Coordinator will also aid the triage of incoming tasks, ensuring all requirements are captured and appropriate for analysis or development work to commence. They will liaise with Client Technology Services and the Value Office teams for prioritization and will be responsible for the scheduling of all tasks in line with resource availability.
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Understand the portfolio of work required to be delivered by the Data Domain
- Engage with Client Technology Services and the Value Office to determine priorities so tasks can be scheduled accordingly
- Identify opportunities working closely with programs and facilitate Data Domain outcomes.
- Manage a planning rhythm within data aligned to pipeline and required committed initiatives
- Manage prioritisation process: resolve potential demand conflicts.
- Support he Data Domain resource planning function
- Work with Client Technology Services to understand client prioritisation and schedule tasks in line with these priorities.
- Aid in the triage of incoming tasks
- including requirement clarification with requestor
- Support a strong Customer First service culture and uphold MUFG Pension & Market Services values while driving a high performance, innovative culture in the Team.
- Embed MUFG Pension & Market Services purpose and values in people management and operating practices.
- Drive activities to support the MUFG Pension & Market Services diversity and inclusion objectives.
- Forecast resourcing requirements of the team, to enable delivery against service levels and to build team capability.
- Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies
- Comply with all relevant legal obligations and adhere to MUFG Pension & Market Services policies and procedures
- Report all incidents of non-conformity, noncompliance and unethical behaviour immediately to your manager Complete all allocated compliance training by the due date
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- 3-5 years experience in project coordination / data coordinator role
- Demonstrated people management and engagement experience in a culturally diverse environment, with an ability to strategically prioritise workloads and to collaborate within a small team to deliver on challenging objectives in a timely manner and on budget.
- Demonstrated high-level organisational skills and use sound judgement in decision making along with the ability to take innovative approaches leading to process improvement in line with strategic goals.
- Proven ability to identify and assess stakeholder needs, level of support and best approach to engage strategically to achieve project goals and objectives
- Excellent understanding of business processes and workflow systems
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong influencing skills to achieve outcomes in a highly complex environment.
