About the Role
Your role is responsible for establishing and leading new Regulatory and Enterprise Finance initiatives and end to end delivery of all aspects of the program. This includes delivery of new Data capability into the business, management of program risks and establishing the benefits management framework. The role will lead and manage customer needs against the strategic agenda and value of new initiatives, supporting relevant strategic outcomes.

What will your day look like?
**As a Data Initiative Lead NgaTapuwae, you will**:
Manage Regulatory Stakeholder requirements
Meet all mandated data requirements for Regulatory reporting purposes
Work with FSDI Data team and Technology closely to deliver ETE outcomes
Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses
Work with the customer to deliver major initiatives, able to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate to stakeholders
Build collaborative and inclusive relationships with colleagues to enable objectives to be achieved
Deliver against agreed budget, timelines and planning to ensure effective use of budget and resourcing
Commercially savvy with an ability to understand how an initiative will be embedded into a customer’s process
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong Regulatory SME
Comprehensive understanding of ANZ Source Systems and ANZ Regulatory Data Hub
Google Cloud Platform experience
Strong delivery focus experience and able to coordinate many moving parts to deliver an outcome
Expert stakeholder management relationship building
Agile ways of working
Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively - whether it’s a Gantt Chart, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint or something else
Background in process optimisation (e.g., lean/six sigma)
