About the role:
The Engagement Manager will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with business stakeholders and internal teams, supporting the prioritisation and successful delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives. Additionally, the Engagement Manager will oversee project delivery within the Data & Analytics teams, ensuring robust project governance.

Some of the things you’ll do are:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and data teams.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure stakeholders are informed about project status and progress.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks for Data & Analytics projects, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Prepare and present status reports to management and stakeholders highlighting achievements and challenges for Data & Analytics projects

We’re looking for people who have:

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proven experience in an Agile environment.
- Understanding and appreciation of data analytics technologies and practices.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver successful projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High quality written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data products and familiarity with data management practices.
- PMO experience will be an added advantage.
