**About the role
In addition, you will provide insights on campaign performance and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversion. This role will also involve collaborating with the Loyalty team to fulfill bonus points for Sister Club campaigns while supporting the CRM & Personalisation transformation.

**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive Loyalty & eCommerce sales growth through customer campaign development across multiple channels.
- Continuously improve campaign engagement and conversion rates for Digital & Data P&L growth.
- Develop consistent, valuable, and personalized campaigns for a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize the customer journey, minimizing pain points and simplifying the path to conversion.
- Enhance the customer experience by fulfilling bonus points within specified timeframes.
- Advocate for customer-led campaigns and foster a customer-first culture with stakeholders.
- Build campaigns aligned with guidelines, brief requirements, and industry best practice.
- Maintain campaign trackers and logs, delivering campaigns on time and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Utilize data for customer insights, campaign performance reporting, and future improvement recommendations.
- Implement optimisation testing, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Support the delivery of new Marketing Automation platform enhancements, challenging the status quo.
- Stay updated on Marketing Automation, Loyalty, and customer communications trends for improvement opportunities.

- Experience building campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms, such as Salesforce or Braze.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to A/B Testing, customer segmentation, and Personalization techniques highly regarded.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations for improvements and changes.
- Passion for customer engagement and delivering an enhanced omnichannel customer experience.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar (preferred).
